Detailed effort is made to inculcate in the student sound principles for interpreting the New Testament text. The exegetical method offered will enable the student to deal with historical and literary contextual matters and also to address textual critical, lexical, grammatical, and historical-cultural questions which arise in the target passage. The student will engage extensively in the actual practiece of exegesis. These are prerequisite to all Greek exegesis courses.
